The "Advanced Data Search" can search the most recently amended version of transactions filed on Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) forms 460, 461, 496 and 497.

Transactions from "late filed" forms 496 and 497 are available in the search results from the date of filing until the next successfully filed semi-annual form 460 or 461 filing which is required to contain the same transactions that were already reported on forms 496 and 497.

When the subsequent semi-annual statement is filed, transactions from the 496 and 497 are not presented in the search results in favor of the transactions from the semi-annual 460 or 461 filing to prevent transaction duplication.

Transactions filed on form 465 are not presented in the search results since the transactions are also required to be represented on form 460 or 461.
